 Roger Cagle
Non-Executive Chairman
Roger Cagle is the executive vice president, deputy CEO and CFO of SOCO International plc, an international oil and gas exploration and production company traded on the London Stock Exchange, and a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index. He has been a member of the board of SOCO International since April 1997. He has over 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, including senior positions with Exxon Corporation and Superior Oil Company. He was formerly chief financial officer of Snyder Oil Corporation’s international subsidiary, and of Conquest Exploration Company.

Rob Shepherd
Finance Director
Rob Shepherd is a former executive director with ABN AMRO bank where he had nine years of experience in international financing, particularly in the oil and gas sector. Before this, he was a facilities engineer with Shell, working in field development projects for four years. Between June 2007 and December 2008, was a non-executive director with Imperial Energy Corporation, an oil and gas exploration and production company traded on the London Stock Exchange and a constituent of the FTSE 250 index.

Justin Burley
Non-Executive Director
Justin Burley is head of Corporate Development at Greenwood Holdings LLC, a company that creates fuel pellets paper companie's waste sludge. Previously, he was a vice president and senior analyst with Plainfield Asset Management LLC, a Greenwich, Connecticut based investment advisor with more than $1.2 billion of capital under management. He is a former director with ABN AMRO Bank in London where he was responsible for the European leveraged capital markets group. Prior to that he worked in a variety of roles with Barclays Capital in London and Bankers Trust in New York.

Roland Wessel
Non-Executive Director
Roland Wessel is the chief executive of Star Energy plc, the gas storage company listed until recently on the London Stock Exchange that he co-founded in 1999. Roland is a geology graduate with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. The majority of his career has been spent in the drilling services sector and he has undertaken managerial assignments in most of the active oil and gas regions in the world including West and North Africa, the Middle East, the North Sea and the Americas. Roland is Chairman of Dominion’s Audit Committee.

James Keyes
Non-Executive Director
James Keyes has been Managing Director of Renaissance Capital since 1 October 2008. He established the Bermuda office, for which he has responsibility, for Renaissance in 2008. He was previously a partner of Appleby, the offshore law firm, for eleven years. James joined Appleby in 1993 and was team leader of the Funds and Investment Service Team. Prior to Appleby, he was employed in the Corporate Department of Freshfields law firm and worked in the London, New York and Hong Kong ooffices. He is currently a Director of 28 fund groups. James attended Oxford Economics (M.A. with Honours) in 1985. He was admitted as a Solicitor in the UK in 1991 and to the Bermuda Bar in 1993. He became a Notary Public in 1998.

Gregory Tolaram
Non-Executive Director
Gregory Tolaram has been involved in the financial services industry for 20 years and in the private equity industry since 1986, having been originally hired as head of private equity investments for Parkyn Trust, he co-founded and was Managing Director of Hamilton Capital Limited. Mr. Tolaram is currently Managing Director of Mercury Group Limited; a Bermuda based Management Company which, along with its affiliates, provides corporate and specialised support to its clientele in the finance industry including funds and family offices. Mr Tolaram is currently a Director of 18 other companies/fund groups.

Andrew Cochran
Chief Executive Officer
Andrew holds a BA in Economics and Politics from Tulane University. He spent eight years with Western Geophysical as an area geophysicist for the Asia Pacific region and as an exploration geophysicist covering North Africa, the Middle East and Asia. From 2000 to 2001 he was managing director of Veritas DGC Indonesia and, from 2001 to 2003, he was New Ventures Adviser at Anadarko Petroleum, advising on Indonesia corporate entry strategy. He was subsequently a founder of Endeavour International Corporation, a US-listed exploration and production company. In 2005 he founded Salamander Energy plc and, an Asia focused independent exploration and production company listed on the London Stock Exchange, and was (until his resignation from the Board on 31 December 2008) the Executive Director responsible for business development.

Dennis Crema
Non-Executive Director
Dennis Crema is currently Managing Partner and CEO of BlueGold Capital Management LLP (“BlueGold”). BlueGold is a London-based hedge fund manager investing in the global commodities markets with an emphasis on oil derivatives trading. Before joining Bluegold as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner in 2008, Dennis worked for 12 years at Vitol as Senior Partner, and Head of Products Trading (2007-1995). He relocated from the US to London in 1995 to focus on proprietary trading in the physical and derivative oil markets. He then went on to manage the one of the most successful Product trading teams in the business focusing on trading physical and paper markets.

Atul Gupta
Non-Executive Director
Atul Gupta has worked for 25 years in the international upstream oil and gas business successively with Charterhouse Petroleum, Petrofina, Monument and Burren Energy. Atul joined Burren in 1999 as Chief Operating Officer and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 2006 until the company was sold to ENI last year. He has a bachelors degree in chemical engineering from Cambridge University and a masters degree in petroleum engineering from Heriott Watt University.
