Change of significant shareholding
Dominion has been advised that funds controlled by four financial institutions, specifically Ore Hill Partners LLC (“Ore Hill”), Polygon Investment Partners LLP (“Polygon”), Plainfield Asset Management (“Plainfield”) and John Hancock (“Hancock”) have purchased from York Fidelity Limited (“York”) and York has sold to such purchasers 65,236,648 common shares in the Company (constituting 15.53% of the 420,027,442 currently issued and fully paid shares). Before such purchases, through their funds, each of those four institutions already had substantial stakes in Dominion as one or more of shareholders, warrant-holders and convertible noteholders.
Dominion has also been advised that City Sphere Limited (“City”) has sold its
shareholding of 7,015,500 common shares in the Company (constituting 1.7% of
the currently issued and fully paid shares).
Dominion has received notice from Polygon, Plainfield, Hancock and Ore Hill that
each of them now controls more than 3% of the currently issued and fully paid
shares in the Company.
Mike Garland, Chief Executive of Dominion, commented:
“York and City have held substantial stakes in Dominion since its early days. I am delighted that their shareholdings have been acquired by these existing and supportive institutional investors taking this opportunity to increase their stakes in Dominion. I regard this as being very much in the best interests of the Company.”
