Non-Executive Director Exercise of Options
In the Company's admission document dated 6th December 2006 Dominion disclosed the interest of Mr Kenneth. C Ambrecht, a non-executive director of the Company, in options over a total of 28,335,548 common shares of the Company. These included Options over 11,232,054 common shares held by York Fidelity Limited ("York") and 2,108,000 common shares held by City Sphere Limited ("City").
Dominion was informed on 3rd November 2008 that on that date Mr Ambrecht had given notice of exercise of Options over 11,232,054 common shares held by York and over 2,108,000 common shares held by City. The Options were exercised at a strike price of US$0.0001 per common share. The table below details Mr Ambrecht's interests in the common shares of the Company following exercise of the York and City Options.
